I wrote this in the comment section of the old site a couple of times but since it always disappears I don't know if the admin has seen it yet, so sorry for those of you that have read it before, but it's something I feel is worth noting.
I feel that the "fine I'll do it myself" Thanos end credit scene of Ultron doesn't quite fit in that movie seeing as though Ultron wasn't his doing. I have two potential places that I believe it could fit better, and have a more coherent flow.
1. After Guardians 1, because Ronan is the last person that Thanos sends to retrieve the stones, so once he fails I feel like it makes sense that he would claim he's going to do it himself next time.
or
2. The option I like more. is before the scene where Thor encounters the Titan 2 ship at the end of Ragnarok, I think it makes sense that Thanos would say that, then go decimate Xandar, and then attack Thor's ship, but since we have no scenes of Xandar it would be directly before. (or maybe before waking Bucky up at the end of Black Panther.)
I feel that scene has a greater impact in either of those spots rather than where it's placed. Now I realize that that is technically where it goes chronologically, so I'm not saying it's through any fault of the creator of this edit. It's just something that has always bugged me. Alright, thanks for reading my rant!
I like the second option better - and i think you're right. It could be better placed there to give Thanos more impact leading into Infinity War
