Since No Way Home takes place before all the villains die from all the other Spider-Man movies. Will he put the entire raimi trilogy up until they die? Or is he going to let the movies play out, then when doctor strange botches the spell, he includes the villains all before they die, then cutting to Venom: Let There Be Carnage?

I discovered Moving Internet Moving home checklist while researching moving tips online, and it's been a game-changer. It's thorough, practical, and easy to follow.
Hello guys! NWH doesn't change anything because indeed the vialins and other spidermen were pulled of their own timeline at sevel points of it, as mentionned in the film, each one of them before they were about to die, and like Octavio said to osborn, "you died a couple of years agao" and sandman to reply that they both died. So fitting the 2 previous spidermen is impossible and won't make sens. Due to the trailer of doctor strange, Loki series have a lot to do with what's going on and is the reason why what happened in NWH happened. Loki and Sylvie roke thesacred timeline and then the multiverse become connected. a venom won't be a part of the MCU either... But! Deadpool is joining the MCu for his 3rd movie... that includes deadpool 1 and 2 in the MCU!
I agree about leaving the other films, Loki, and What If...? in their own separate timeline (except for the first Loki scene and the two Venom in-MCU scenes), at least for now. I think the best option would be organizing the supercut something like this:
MCU Sacred Timeline Story (e.g., Chapter 4)
Toby-verse Spider-man (e.g., Chapter ST2)
Garfield-verse Spider-man (SA)
Venom-verse (also Morbius?) (VV) [I hope these later join the Garfield-verse, but that's just a hope right now]
MCU Multiverse/Non-Sacred Timeline (MV)
It sounds like Doctor Strange may screw this all up even more, though, so perhaps trying to do anything with the older Marvel films just won't work. If a single X-Man from the old Fox universe pops in, this could get much more complicated very fast.
I got the impression that the villains of the other Spider-Man films were pulled at different times in history and was transferred to the main MCU present time. I also got the impression that Tobby's and Andrew's Spider-Man were pulled from their universes several years after their films ended as they have aged. So NWH doesn't take place before the villains die.
NWH happens in the current MCU universe (in November-December 2024) which is where Dirty30m's supercut lives. He didn't include Loki or What If...? into the main cut, they happen outside of the main (prime?) universe.
I think the other Spider-Man films as well as Venom should be left out of the supercut, they aren't apart of the prime universe. I feel like shows and movies like the Spider-Man and Venom films, Loki, What If...?, and Daredevil should be viewed separately as a supplement and not a requirement of the main timeline.
No Way Home doesn't technically change any of the earlier Spider-man films, it just gives the villains a new branch when they return. Some, like Electro and Doc Ock, are still going to die probably (considering they were seconds away from dying when they were portalled out), while others like Sandman, Osborn, and Lizard will be living in an alternative branch than their original story. So nothing really changes with their earlier narratives. I assume it is like if Loki portalled out in Avengers, but rather than the TVA showing up and extracting him, the new Loki would just continue to run amok in Mongolia or wherever.
What is more interesting to me is if they will continue the plots of the other two Spider-men. Both of them seem to have portalled in to the MCU from their versions of 2023, since they weren't de-aged and both have had years to reflect on their mistakes. That means, unlike the villains, these Peter Parkers may return back to their original timelines with life-changing experiences but no branch timelines. Granted, nobody should remember who they are either because of Doctor Strange's spell, but I suspect that little oversight will be hand-waved over. Also, I still hope Venom is set in the Andrew Garfield universe. That would be very useful all around and keep things cleaner.
