It may be too early to tell... but with the way Loki explains how timelines work it seems that there is only 1 "sacred" timeline when it comes to what has been shown in the MCU so far as they said the events of Loki's time travel was always meant to happen (aside from Loki's escape, which gets fixed upon when they reset the branching timeline), aka all the time travel scenes in endgame happen at their respective times.
Does this mean the endgame scenes will be shown in their respective places? not to mention.. where would loki take place? after endgame? between part 7 and 8? a better answer may come up in the future...
tbh, I'm hoping we get to see random moments of scenes from loki scattered across the mcu without context XD

Unpopular opinion after watching the second episode of Loki and Matpat's most recent episode of Film Theory: I think the MCU A Chronology maybe should be wrapped up after integrating Black Widow and removing Far From Home. That is assuming that Black Widow doesn't mess with the overall timeline before Endgame. My reason for this is very simple: I think Loki is going to break continuity, thereby making it almost impossible to satisfactorily maintain MCU A Chronology.
As it stands, Endgame serves as a very satisfying conclusion to the first three phases, with Far From Home not really being a part of that phase and Black Widow presumably being a part, at least chronologically. I also don't think Scarlett Johansson is coming back after Endgame, except possibly through flashbacks (as with any of the Phases 1-3 stars). Thus, a chronology of those films, Iron Man through Endgame plus Black Widow, encapsulates the story of the original six Avengers. Two die in the end, one retires, leaving only Hawkeye, Thor, and Hulk behind.
Phase 4 and Far From Home is really about the world after the Snap and the Blip, its recovery and its implications. It also is becoming abundantly clear that it is about the multiverse. And even though the films going forward may interact with earlier periods and film plots, it is through the context of a post-Blip universe that they occur, and I feel integrating them may undermine those earlier films and could really mess with the continuity in ways that are not enjoyable. I could be wrong and it could all work out fine, but I suspect not. I already don't like the idea of integrating the time travel scenes from Endgame into the main chronology—integrating dozens of random Loki and No Way Home and Multiverse of Madness and Quantumania and who knows what else scenes into that chronology just won't flow or make sense or even be fun.
My two cents and I don't have a suggestion with where to go going forward with MCU A Chronology. I love the format and the integration but I also love how well it works and I really don't want to screw that up. Where to take it with Phase 4 if it isn't integrated is a question in itself that I can't answer, but I hope a satisfying solution is found.
The post-Endgame content has been relatively straightforward so far, interactive Wandavision flashbacks excepted. I'm really not sure what to think about Loki, though. Except for his brief moment in Mongolia, all of the rest of the series is presumably outside the sacred timeline, except when it pops in to fix something (or screw it up). That suggests that the series maybe is best placed after The Avengers rather than anywhere else. But this also raises questions regarding Endgame's time shenanigans. Before this series, I was all on board keeping most of the time travel stuff with Endgame's main story, but now I'm not so sure. If it's all part of some sacred timeline, then it all happens simultaneously (and Steve Rogers was always meant to remain in the past). This suggests that all the time travel stuff needs to stay in the past, which is annoying. It also messes up some of the narratives pretty badly, namely the entire Thanos arc in Guardians of the Galaxy, Peter Quill's intro in GotG, the Avengers Tower sequences in Avengers, and a few other scenes throughout. They can work, but their insertion into chronological order will mess up the flow badly, which concerns me some.
Let's just see how this season goes, but I suspect some rearranging will be necessary.
