MCU: A Chronology MK17 Release Notes

Huge shout out to @KingSleaze for catching a lot of my errors, his post was a huge help for me and had a large influence on the MK17. Thanks to everyone else's suggestions too!

UPDATE NOTES

Parts needed to be downloaded in order to have the most up to date MK17:

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 29, 30

Necessary new parts with new footage:

1, 2, 7, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 29, 30

Parts that are the same as the MK16

3, 8, 11 (12 in MK16), 20 (19 in MK16), 22 (21 in MK16), 28 (23 in MK16)

Optional parts that had only minor technical fixes

If anyone has any secondary sites i can upload this to, I'm open to suggestions. Ones that won't work: Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, OneDrive. I'm not opposed to torrents but I don't have the means to constantly seed it. I'm also not to familiar with torrents. I'll no longer be using pcloud, but i am considering MediaFire. Just depends on online storage costs, etc

General rules going forward: once a new MCU movie comes out on Blu-ray, expect a new MK within a month. For Disney+ shows, expect s new MK withing 2 months of the final episode air date. If multiple projects come out close to each other, I'll probably wait till both are released.

I have a few ideas for other fan edits that I want to do, I might have myself a busy little fall/winter 😉

MK17 CHANGES

• Part 1

  • I've been playing around with After Effects to create a more cinematic and cleaner title card than the very stale one I've previously used. I have an early draft that i love, just need to make a few tweaks.

  • Agnes scene from 1693 has been added.

  • Some volume corrections have been made.

• Part 2

  • Cut out a repetitive line from Captain Marvel.

  • Added in the Black Widow opening scene.

  • Added Wanda's flashback from when she was a child in Sokovia with her parents and Pietro. I cut out 2023 Wanda & Agnes as best as i could, and you can only see part of their bodies briefly in the background, so I think it works out well.

• Part 3

  • Added the flashback scene involving Dreykov's daughter

• Part 4

  • Fixed the end/beginning of scenes having a few extra frames

• Part 5

  • Fixed the end/beginning of scenes having a few extra frames

• Part 6

  • Re-edited the scenes/deleted scenes from Thor where there were some repetitive/contradictory scenes

• Part 7

  • Added English subtitles to the part where Romanoff is being interrogated

  • I mistakenly removed the extended scene of Cap recording the education videos for Midtown High school and have added those back in.

  • I also added in Bucky's dream of when he kills Yoji Nakajima's son from Falcon and the Winter Soldier. I couldn't find any time reference in the show or online for when that took place, so I decided to add it in here.

• Part 8

  • No changes

• Part 9

  • Re-edited the scenes/deleted scenes from Thor: The Dark World where there were some repetitive/contradictory scenes

• Part 10

  • Guardians of the Galaxy. I decided to switch the order of 10, 11, 12 because I thought The Dark World's post credits scene flowed better with having the GOTG movies right after. All 3 take place in 2014 so the order isn't as big of a deal.

  • Fixed the end/beginning of scenes having a few extra frames

• Part 11

  • No changes

• Part 12

  • Added Wanda's flashback scene of her getting her powers from the mind stone. Same as the previous flashback, I cut out 2023 Wanda & Agnes as best as i could, and you can only see part of their bodies briefly in the background, so I think it works out well.

• Part 13

  • Cut out a repetitive line at the end

• Part 14

  • Cut out a repetitive line at the end

• Part 15-19

• I've rearranged a lot of the Doctor Strange scenes to greater emphasize that the movie (moreso the beginning including his injury and training) takes place over a longer stretch of time.

• Part 15

  • Moved some of the ending Civil War scenes to part 16

  • Added Wanda's flashback scene of her and Vision at the compound. Same as the previous flashback, I cut out 2023 Wanda & Agnes as best as i could, and you can only see part of their bodies briefly in the background.

  • Rearranged Doctor Strange scenes

  • Added missing foreign subtitles

• Part 16 (Now Black Widow)

  • Present day events of Black Widow (including deleted scenes), followed by the End of Civil War

  • Rearranged Doctor Strange scenes

• Part 17 (previously 16)

  • Moved scenes at the end of Black Panther (Outreach Center/UN scenes) to part 19 to reflect that some time has passed since the events of Black Panther

  • Rearranged Doctor Strange scenes

  • Added Xhosa subtitles

  • Reinserted the subtitles for when Peter and the shop owner speak Spanish to each other
